Global Aspires has no exchange policy on sale items.
Products not on sale can be exchanged from any of our retail stores within 30 days from the date of delivery. If the time passed has exceeded 30 days, the exchange is impossible.
Our exchange policy is very flexible provided that
The product is unused.
The price label and tags are intact.
You have the purchase invoice.
The exchange is made within 30 days of purchase.
If an incorrect/faulty product has been delivered, contact our customer service center by emailing us images of the product at info@globalaspires.com or calling us at info@globalaspires.com within 30 days of delivery. After our team reviews the product, we will gladly help you with your exchange. Once 30 days have passed from the delivery date, our team will no longer entertain any claims.

Note: Please do not accept the parcel if it’s already opened or tampered with in any way.
